(1) Return of unwanted or unused items
All purchases from Tiger Feet Direct are made on a business to business basis; we therefore do not accept returns of unused or unwanted items.
(2) Return of undelivered orders
If an order is returned to us by the courier as 'undelivered' we will issue a credit note for the value of the goods only and less any costs that we have incurred for the return of the order to us.
If a drop ship order is returned to us for any reason we can either take further payment from you to re-ship the items or if the goods are no longer required we will credit you for the products only on the original order. The credit will be less any charges we have incurred for the return of the order to us.
(3) Faulty Goods
If you believe a product to be defective please email us straight away (support@tigerfeetdirect.com) stating your order reference, full details of the faulty product/(s) and include photographic evidence of the fault. Please keep all faulty products and the packaging until we confirm you can dispose of them.
We will respond promptly to your email with instructions. If we request that you return the goods to us please include a copy of the original delivery note or a note stating the order reference. Any refund for faulty goods will be via a credit note which can be redeemed against a Tiger Feet Direct order.
Faulty goods will only be credited if they have been purchased from Tiger Feet Direct within the previous 6 months.
